Parlor Table

Cast bronze branches form a 32 in. high base with 1/2″ thick by 20 in. diameter glass top. Tree branch was molded and investment cast 3 times in bronze then welded together to support a glass table top.

Adapted from a 18th century gas light fixture, this figurative piece portrays a revolutionary war era farmer holding on.
